2010 Tournament Highlights

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2010 Pat Rupp Memorial Golf Tournament  at NCR Country Club! Highlights of the day included “perfect” weather, a drop in by David Hart of startskydiving.com, and the children from the Miami Valley Family Care Center who performed the National Anthem with incredible enthusiasm. The sun was shining, students from local high school golf teams were on target with  their “tee shots”  and the CSSMV volunteers and NCR staff kept everything running smoothly.  

Spectators then gathered for our Ball Drop” – where almost 200 numbered golf balls were dropped from 3 stories on to the 10th tee box. Congratulations to our winner Father Haemmerle – who had much to be thankful for as he gave the blessing. After a fantastic dinner, awards were presented to our winners and the day came to a heartwarming finish with words from Scott Edwards about Mr. Pat Rupp –  “He believed in the mission of Catholic Social Services – and we thank you all for coming out in support of an organization that meant so much to our dear friend.”.
We truly appreciate the support offered by our sponsors, volunteers, and golfers.
