Catholic Social Services is partnering with Area Agency on Aging, PSA-2 and the Miami Valley Alzheimer's Association to provide respite care for people of any age with Alzheimer's or related dementia diagnosis. Available respite services are personal care services, adult day services, and adult day service transportation. Services are available to residents of Champaign, Darke, Logan, Miami, Preble or Shelby counties who are ineligible for PASSPORT. The Alzheimer’s Association must determine if there is a need. Cost cap cannot exceed $500 per month or $3,000 per year.
