The Caregiver's Support Program was designed for caregivers who need assistance in providing home-care services for their loved ones. The services are personal care services, adult day services, emergency response systems and case management services.

Eligibility: Champaign, Darke, Logan, Miami, Preble, and Shelby County Residents, age 60 and older, who are not eligible for PASSPORT. There is no income restriction; however, the cost cap cannot exceed $500 per month or $3,000 per year.
