  Services for Children

Erma’s House Family Visitation Center provides supervised visitation and exchange services for children and families who have been affected by family or domestic violence, substance abuse, high conflict divorce, or custody disputes. Erma’s House is a safe, neutral setting where children of any age may visit with their non-residential parents in a secure, supervised environment.

Child Attachment Therapy provides assessment, intensive counseling, education, and support for foster and adoptive parents of children diagnosed with bonding and attachment disorders, including Reactive Attachment Disorder. A monthly support group is available.

Child Day Care is provided at the Miami Valley Family Care Center located on the grounds of the Veterans Administration Medical Center on West Third Street in Dayton. The Center provides quality, educationally-based child care for children ages 2 ˝ to 5 years, as well as before- and after-school programs for youngsters ages 6-10.
