  More About Child Day Care

Professional Staff

The Center’s staff is carefully selected for their educational backgrounds. This includes child care training, teaching experience, and sensitivity to the individual needs of young children. All teachers are trained in first aid, identifying communicable diseases, and recognizing child abuse and neglect.

The Miami Valley Family Care Center has licensed social workers on staff. Social workers help the families who need assistance dealing with personal problems that affect the family’s happiness and quality of life.

Parent Participation

A major factor in the Center’s success is our partnership with parents. We encourage all parents to become actively involved in their child’s learning experiences. Our Parent Association holds monthly meetings providing an opportunity to socialize and exchange parenting concerns and ideas. You are welcome to visit the Center at any time.

Fee Structure

We believe that quality child care should be affordable to every family. As a non-profit organization, the Center’s fees are based on a sliding fee scale. The monthly fees paid depend upon your family’s income or participation in the Montgomery County Title XX program.

At MVFCC’s Summer Camp, your child will enjoy a variety of activities, crafts, projects, and field trips – all delivered with loving care and attention.
