Title: Associate Therapist – Dayton Office
Brief Description:
Provide on-going follow-up treatment to children and families. Paid for units of service that are provided, documented and, if applicable, billable, for opening/closing cases, and attendance at mandatory meetings or trainings. Not paid for no-shows.
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or counseling; LISW or LPCC required (Supervision preferred)
- Previous experience in therapeutic work with children who have experienced emotional trauma
- Knowledge of attachment therapy preferred
- Sound interviewing, intervention and documentation skills
Title: Family Stabilization and Support Program Coordinator
Hours: Part-Time (17-20 hours/week)
Brief Description:
Coordinates and supervises the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Family Stabilization and Support program. Will carry a case-load at times, especially when in between interns and/or if a case requires additional knowledge and support. Works closely with the Pantry Supervisor/Case Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Ohio LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
- At least two years related work experience
- Experience working with volunteers preferred
- Skills in client assessment
- Sound knowledge of community resources
- Sound interviewing and intervention skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate services
- Ability to evaluate program services
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to effectively work with other organizations in the community
- Skills in public speaking and overall communications
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Valid Ohio Drivers license, access to dependable transportation

Title: Refugee Case Aide
Brief Description:
Provide support services to Refugee Resettlement Staff, primarily to case managers, including client transportation, translation and interpretation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have language competency in either Tigrinya or Amharic
- High School Diploma required
- Must have car (drivers license, auto insurance, and good driving record)
- Must be able to work flexible hours during the day/during the week
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to use a computer, including Word and Outlook
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills
Refugee Resettlement Services Volunteer Coordinator
Brief Description:
Recruit and screen volunteers for the Refugee Resettlement program through community presentations to organizations and churches. Provide orientation and training to volunteers and student interns. Collaborate with Refugee Resettlement staff for the coordination of volunteer assignments. Develop a volunteer friendly program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field or Bachelors degree with related experience in social service arena
- At least one year of related experience
- Experience managing volunteers and public speaking
- Experience with refugees a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS WordKnowledge of community resources
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to network with other persons or agencies to meet client needs/goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Knowledge and/or willingness to learn CSSMV mission and goals
