The PASSPORT program utilizes an open provider enrollment process to develop service provider capacity to meet client requests, program requirements, and to enable expansion of the program.

Certification as a PASSPORT provider qualifies the provider to also offer services for ComCare, Care Coordination, Caregiver's Support, and Alzheimer's. A provider must be PASSPORT certified to participate in these other programs.
